Etsy is a digital marketplace designed for creative entrepreneurs to sell handmade goods, vintage items, and craft supplies. As a platform, it offers intuitive tools for sellers to manage their shops, handle transactions, and reach a global audience.

I explored Etsy’s checkout experience as a design challenge, focusing on how the platform serves both independent sellers and buyers seeking unique, often personalized products. My goal was to identify opportunities to streamline the multi-seller checkout flow while preserving transparency around shipping and seller-specific details.
